Program description

Junkernaut Junk Removal LLC sends transactional text messages and alerts, and with separate consent promotional text messages, to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Transactional messages and alerts include quote replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival notifications, replies to missed calls, job follow-ups, and review requests. Promotional messages include special offers, discounts, and seasonal specials, and are sent only to people who checked the separate promotional consent box.

How to opt in

There are two ways to opt in, and only by your own action. We never use purchased or rented lists.

(1) The quote request form on this website. Below the form are two separate checkboxes. Both are unchecked by default, both are optional, and neither is bundled with any other agreement. Submitting the form without checking a box does not opt anyone in. Checking the first box gives consent to transactional text messages and alerts. Checking the second box gives separate consent to promotional messages. The submission is recorded with the date and time of consent.

(2) Text the word QUOTE or START to (719) 716-8997 from your mobile phone. You will immediately receive this confirmation: "Junkernaut Junk Removal LLC: you are subscribed to transactional texts and alerts (quote replies, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, arrival notifications, service updates). Msg frequency varies, typically 2-6 per job. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Consent is not a condition of purchase and is never required to buy anything from us.

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us, typically 2-6 messages per job, and no more than 2 promotional messages per month if you opt in to promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Junkernaut Junk Removal LLC does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier standard rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive this reply and no further messages: "You have been unsubscribed from Junkernaut Junk Removal LLC texts and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe." You can opt back in at any time by texting START.
