Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026. Junkernaut Junk Removal runs this website. This page says what the site collects and what Justin does with it.
What this site collects
When you send the form, Justin gets the name, phone number, city, job details, and any photo you attach. The site also uses Google Analytics, which sets a cookie and collects standard usage data like pages viewed and approximate region.
How Justin uses it
Justin uses it to text or call you back about your request, quote and schedule the job, and follow up about the service. It is never sold.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information are excluded from any such sharing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us operate our business, for example our scheduling, messaging, and payment platforms, and only so they can perform those services for us. Message frequency varies, typically 2-6 messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. We keep SMS consent records, including the date and time you checked a consent box, as long as needed to service your account. See our SMS Terms and Conditions.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed through customer relationship software so Justin can reply. A copy of each request is also kept with the website's host so it is never lost, and a request to delete your information covers that copy too. A photo you attach is uploaded with your request and stored with the website's host so Justin can see the pile before quoting; it is not shown anywhere on this site and search engines are told not to index it. Analytics is provided by Google (Google Analytics 4).
Your choices
Ask Justin to delete your information any time by texting or calling (719) 246-8422.
